Since your text on the blue background gradient is white, when it runs off of the background from an extremely long topic title it can't be seen, because the page background is white.  Maybe it'd be better if for eocms the topic titles after a certain length were chopped into BLAHBLAHBLAH...  Like 'This is an uber uber uber uber long topic title example' would be turned into... 'This is an uber uber uber long...' something like that. Like after a certain character count.

OR make the text smaller?

That would work too I guess.

I think an ellipsis should be used after a certain character count (or when the writing goes off the page) as I assume it would be affected by the resolution.
