Not sure if it's completed yet (if it isn't please delete this topic) but the topm admin menu doesn't look right on my monitor:

That is an OLD top. It should not be in SVN. you can tell because the CSS will have line-height set for the menu row..

.. come to think of it, it may be because its using a generic "top", and when I "fixed" them, they had different ID/CLASS names, I'll have a look today (more of the standarizing, I have to go through the other ID/CLASS stuff I already added, and refine it, take out some excess too..)
