The modular admin menu system is in 0.8.2, so yes it will most likely be in it

cool it looks very good but if the mouse goes off the images at the bottem then it changes back to the start shouldnt it just stay the same unless you click on to the other option ?

Ideally, yes. It depends how paul has set the JS up (I havent had a chance to look yet...)

I have a preliminary XaphireClean admin menu ready, its pretty raw and you will need to download the icon pack separately but it should function in all themes..
