Cleaned up the panel functions in the theme-functions.php files. Now all panels instead of echo within the files, they must be $body.=. Added a new panel called Quick Admin which allows re-ordering of panels with ajax

Yes, also deleting panels, turning them offline and editing the navbar links as well. Heck, maybe even editing articles/pages/news, theres so much with i can do with it

one step at a time, those should all be plugins..

and make sure the quick admin needs to be per user or user group (if u hadn't already thought of that) not just non-plain users..

hell, its "exciting" to have dynamic content editing, and I will be looking forward to using it, but a flat version should be default..

well I don't think it should be a plugin... more an option that can be turned on or off, otherwise people are going to end up downloading loads of plugins just to get eoCMS up to the spec they want.

as for the download, if they want all that stuff (which other have asked not to have by default) you would probably want a lot of other stuff too, and probably a configuration walk-through
