The language latvian , done it in camp at night. Soo If you can reply and say what is needed to fix , becose Im here maybe for 2 days and then im again gone

BTW, big thanks for the phpmailer file as well, I had forgotten about that..

also, I have not had a look at it yet, but is there a "Latvian" (in latvian) entry for the menu (installer)

I will be making this into a separate include file in the future, so it can be used in the admin section, and as an option in the user profile (if the admin chooses to allow this)
