Removed forum statistics from the Layout file. It is now a plugin as many people might not want it. It also means it will be easier to add an admin side to it 

Finished cleaning up Admin layouts, they all now use theme('start_content'), theme('title') etc and are using classes. <div> admin-panel or admin-panel2 and tables admin-table or admin-table2. First ones are at width 30% and second are for wider sections like the list of the pages in the Pages Admin. These are all changeable within the CSS now

Jake is currently working on a new default theme, once this is done I will update this site with the SVN version.

Aiming to release or at least release a beta for testers this week

Sounds good I'm keen to get a date pinned down for a release as we're going to Franxe soon and despite everything (XD) I'm hoping to get the admin guide done by then.
