I think that if the font size was made smaller, then we wouldnt have so many issues like words going off the titles etc.

Yeah. I think the font sizes are currently size 20 on the panel headers but when i decreased the filesize from the css it made the backgrounds on the headers go all dodgy, but I think that could be remedied by decreasing the size of the panel endings so there was no gap (like on this topic)

Still looks a bit narrow but that might be because I'm not used to it yet.

What browser are you using? The gap is considerably bigger on IE7 for me.

That would explain it... I'm on FF3. Let me look at it in IE7...
