SVN: Missing identifiers in EGI and EnergyBlue Themes

When EGI or Energy Blue themes are installed and activated, every page generates this error:

Notice: Undefined variable: settings in /home/gamin19/public_html/southernshowdown/themes/energy_blue/functions/links.php on line 19

As per how to fix...

in both theme/functions/links.php files, find the line

Code:

global $user, $authid;

and change it to

Code:

global $user, $authid, $settings;

I found the idea for the fix from ./functions/themes/links.php, which uses the given replacement line.
