I notice that the moderation options at the bottom of a topic's page are visible to regular users such as myself.  They don't let me do anything, but still.  I thought I'd point that out and suggest that they're hidden.  So maybe this is more a suggestion than a bug.

By the way...  By the "moved topic bug", do you refer to clicking on a moved topic's "latest post" icon causing an error?  Because, yeah.  I just noticed that.

I still dont see why it is showing you to them. It must be the if statement but it looks correct to me

($fetch['thread_author'] == $user['user'])  <= you need to change this, the IF will always be true "I am the author"

just reorganise the IF statement, actually delete it and start from scratch, or write it proto-type form by its self (no in actual code)
