Minor Forum Bug

Not sure if it's even a bug, but if you enter a board id that doesn't exist such as http://eocms.com/forum/eocms-suggestions-plugins.10/ it comes back with an empty topic listing instead of saying that the board doesn't exist.

I seem to remember that being a problem when the forum was first made.

And I just noticed it also happens for user profiles.  You get a blank profile if you enter an id for a user that doesn't exist.  :o  Topics don't have this problem, though.  I just tried.  And pages, I'm not sure.  Would be good to check.
