there is a but in the install routine that stores the sitename url, even when you set it, its still store the current url (the usrl of the installer)

to replicate this, you would obviously need to install eoCMS at a different url to the one you want to run if from (ie: localhost/installer.php => localhost/eocms/index.php)

this will not show up if the path part of the url is the same for the installer url and the site url (say /eocms/), only when the install and site urls paths are different. (I had to install via /win7/eocms/ but it was to be used via /eocms/)
