Bugs Found When Updating Look Layout

When trying to update your look at ANY time with ANY settings you get one of the two messages:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function () in /home/garbages/public_html/eocms.com/functions/updatelook.php on line 43
Fatal error: Call to undefined function 20() in /home/garbages/public_html/eocms.com/functions/updatelook.php on line 43

...WTF?!
