Which browser? I know it looks perfect in Firefox and surprisingly IE7 but not chrome Could you screenshot please?

if chrome is not good, neither will Safari be.. I have not check this latest bug with IE8 on Windows 7 yet, maybe I can later tonight

this is what happens in IE 8, and it has a JS error. in compatibility mode, it jus has the JS error. this may or may not have something to do with the fact that there are 2 includes for jquery.js

Don't mind the color issues thats just how paint handles gifs.

notice the "done, but with errors on page" bit in that last screen shot..

the gif, yeah thats called "stippling" or "dithering", which is what happens when you reduce the color range, and it is always worse with MS paint.

By the way, with PHP GD, you can produce 32bit color gifs, and I have yet to find an app which has problems with them too, but MS Paint (and maybe others too) will not produce these by default.. (its technically outside the range of what a GIF89a is defined as - more useless fyi)

Well, paint opens faster then photoshop for me and I set gif to my default file format to save as is paint, not that I even really use it other then for print screen pasting but still... 

There's a good time-lapse video somewhere of a guy doing MS Paint art. It's amazing what you can achieve using paint.
