I found that by default there is set latin1 for encoding in tables. Of course when i want to enter characters from latin2 errors will shown. I think that default encoding should be utf-8.

It may be a good thing to change the default to utf-8 but have an advanced feature on the install to allow for custom character encoding for the database depending on what your target audience is or what you prefer.
