is this the current stable release then.. (it is good because it will be small for 110mb, all those db and language pages will definitely fatten it out)

Maybe this is a good time to decide on default languages, or a language pack. it would be better if it was all in one, but that may make it too big for some upload services..

Looking a lot better now.  I need to download the actual package, but from what I see here in the official site... 

I still have some complaints about the layout, but I'm not going to talk about that right now.
